registration for the upcoming sessionS are based on your child's age. progress reports are issued for each RECREATIONAL class.

The 4 levels are:

star jumper 1

tumble twisters 2

balancing beauties 3

fancy flyers 4

Yes, PROGRESS REPORTS are issued at the end of the session FOR RECREATIONAL CLASSES ONLY. 

tHE LAST 10 MINS OF THE LAST CLASS is when the progress reports WILL BE HANDED OUT, AND ANY PICTURES OF YOUR CHILD CAN BE TAKEN AT THIS TIME BY PARENTS/GUARDIANS.  

aT WILLOWJAYS Our ratio is 6:1.

All girls should wear shorts and a T-Shirt (something TIGHT-FITTING so it will not slide over your child’s head if they go upside down), or a gymnastics suit ONE-PIECE (no skirts attached).

ALL Boys should wear fitted shorts and a t-shirt (that does not slide over head when upside down).  Hoodies cannot be worn. 

Long hair must be tied back - make sure to pack your own hair ties.

jewelry is not permitted, except stud earrings.

Bare feet in the gym is required for safety reasons. PLANTAR WARTS MUST BE COVERED BEFORE CLASS STARTS

Anything medical your child might need. (puffer)

Spectators are allowed IN the facility for recreationAL classes only! sIBLINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT, AND THEY MUST STAY SEATED AT ALL TIMES WITH THeir PARENT. THIS INCLUDES BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER CLASSES. SPECTATORS ARE ENCOURAGED NOT TO PARTICIPATE/ADD IN OPINIONS DURING CLASS TIME.  

Participants aged 18 MTHS - 3.5YRS OLD in Parent & Tot classes must be accompanied by an adult into the facility, who stays for the ENTIRE class.

PLEASE PARK on the cement pad or THE designated parking area on the grass.

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE 1ST CLASS START DATE - FULL REFUND MINUS $50 ADMINSTRATIVE FEE

Refunds/Credits will not be issued for Gym closures. tHIS includES SNOW storms, power outages, heating failures, and/OR outbreaks.

Weather updates – notifications regarding gym closures will be emailed within ONE hour prior to classes starting when possible.

There are no credits or refunds for mAKE-UP classes. iF THERE IS SPACE IN ANOTHER CLASS FOR YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND THAT WEEK THE COACH WILL fit them in. 

Trial classes are permitted upon request. Please contact renee for details.

YES, WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPACES AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES.

tHERE IS A VERY SMALL VIEWING AREA WHICH INCLUDES TWO COUCHES AND SOME CHAIRS. Please note there is no footwear permitted ON ANY OF THE MATS.  IF THERE IS A SIBLING WATCHING THEY NEED TO REMAIN SITTING AT ALL TIMES AND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER CLASS.

Other than the parent and tot classes, parents/guardians are not required to stay for the class.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION there FORM IN CASE OF A EMERGENCY

No we are not and therefore you are not charged a G.O. registration/membership fee annually.

Payments are required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

We accept cash or ETF.

All ETF payments ARE subject to HST.

If paying CASH then please arrange with RENEE to drop off the funds.

We do not accept deposits to hold spots. If you are paying cash and ETF then the etf portion is subject to hst.
