What is included in the barn

2 or 4 hours use of the barn depending on the package you choose which includes a mini fridge, microwave, espresso machine (bring your own coffee pods) and a kettle.

Two folding tables and 20 chairs or 4 picnic tables.

A $20 gift certificate for the birthday boy/girl redeemable at any of our camps or future birthday parties.

Our Green Space Is Available To You To Use However You Feel. Picnic Tables Can Be Set Out,  Great space for For Games, gatherings and picnics.  Our concrete pad is available for ball and net games, sidewalk chalk, bubbles etc… 

Food and Drinks

you are responsible for providing and arranging your own food and drinks.

many pizza locations in sunderland and uxbridge deliver to us. 

Please remember to bring your own candles and knife for the cake. 

***There is a hand washing station available inside the barn if needed.

Pricing 

2 hours for $250 + HST    (Deposit $25 non-refundable)   Max of 15 Children 

4 hours for $350 + HST   (Deposit $50 non-refundable)   MAX of 15 children 

Set up and Take Down available for $100 + HST

(includes setting up any theme and additional add ons,

removing garbages, sweeping and mopping floors)

$40 extra for anY of the above themes

(does not include paint party – additional prices will be added on for instructor and supplies)

Arrivals and Departures 

Please only arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. 

The space needs to be left clean and all garbage collected and left at the side door.
