In an event that Willowjays cancels for any reason a full refund will be applied to the camper.  We will do everything possible to avoid this; however, we reserve the right to cancel camp if the minimum enrollment is not met. 

• Cancellations made prior to 1 week in advance to there start date will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee per child, per week.
• Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation is after the 1 week deadline.
