💸Summer Camp Refund Policy

• Full refund minus a $50 administration fee per camper before June 1st, 2026

• 50% refund of camp fees between June 1st – June 15th.

• No refunds after June 15th  will be issued, as staffing and supplies have already allocated.

📜 MARCH BREAK & PA DAY REFUND Policy

• Payments are non-refundable and cannot be used towards additional weeks..

In an event that Willowjays cancels for any reason a full refund will be applied to the camper.  We will do everything possible to avoid this; however, we reserve the right to cancel camp if the minimum enrollment is not met.
