Excellent!

My kids love going to Willowjays. They had a great experience and enjoyed all the fun crafts. They even built small houses out of cardboard. The staff is great, and Renee is so friendly and welcoming to the kids. The pricing is fair, and the flexible 3-5 day/week options fit well with our schedule.
Thank you Renee for the great summer camp fun!

love it!

Willowjays Camp days are a favourite for my children. The planning of activities is impressive and so creative. When I asked my kids what’s the best part they both start listing so many things.
We’re so lucky to have such a great camp in our town.

very satisfied!

We found Willowjays for their March break camp this year (2024) and the kids could not stop talking about it. Naturally, we signed up again for some summer sessions and they are having the best time. The staff are super friendly and have planned a huge variety of activities to keep the kids engaged. The facility is clean, safe, and feels so welcoming to be in. This is the best camp we have found and will be going back again and again. Thank you Willowjays!!!

Best Camp Ever!

Best camp ever! My kids have had the best time and I struggle to get them to leave at the end of the day. They are already making sure they have more weeks coming up they can attend and have been telling their friends how fun it was. Thank you for an amazing experience!

My kid woke up excited to go to camp every day!

My kid woke up excited to go to camp every day. He was excited to see his friends, as willowjays is local and close to home. He loved the dance sessions, games of manhunt and nerf gun wars. He really enjoyed the creative arts and crafts and the treats that followed the scavenger hunt. After a fun week of activities, he is excited to come back next year.

very satisfied!

Archer and August loved their first week at camp Willowjays! They loved the outdoor activities, like the nerf gun war in the rain and having so much free space to run and play. We can’t wait for the rest of the summer!!!

jack gratrix

8+ Full-time camp leader

I Just finished my first program at Humber College where I became a RECE. I will be continuing my studies in the fall at Guelph-Humber to get a degree in Early Childhood Studies, so that I can go to teachers college.
I am from Sunderland, and grew up on a farm. I am a very enthusiastic and energetic person. I like to work with children and love to play sports. My favorite sport is golf.

My Experiences:

I began working with kids when I was around 10 years old. I would babysit children for families when I was younger. Then since my mom is a teacher I would go in and help her with sporting events and help her coach. I also worked at golf summer camps and other various summer camps.

Future Goals:

My future goals are to keep working with children. I hope to go to teachers college one day to become a teacher. I would like to teach children from grades 4-6. My biggest dream is to become a professional golfer though.

Interests:

I am interested in golfing and mostly all sports. I also like to snowmobile and basically do anything outdoors.
